🍵 How to Use
For Tea:

Pour 8–12 oz boiling water (212°F) over 1–2 tsp dried elderberries.

Steep for 3–4 minutes.
Do NOT consume raw – dried elderberries must be cooked or steeped in boiling water to remove toxic compounds before use.
